As a part of the Immigration Practice, I work with a wide range of clients from mid-market companies to large multinational corporations. I assist clients in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law, as well as corporate compliance issues. My work includes non-immigrant visa petitions, such as EB-1/2 (treaty/trader), E-3 (Australia), H-1B/H-1B1, L-1A/B and immigrant visas, EB-1C, EB-2 and EB-3, including naturalization.

My legal experience extends globally across a variety of areas including Immigration Law, Criminal Law, International Human Rights and Commercial Arbitration. I have worked in public interest litigation, and with various governmental organizations on the following: Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI), International Refugee Assistance Program (IRAP) and GQUAL Campaign project.
