Personal Experience
Susan Kim is the Senior Paralegal for Lacki & Company, LLC in the Firm’s Immigration Practice, having more than fifteen (15) years of experience working in the legal field, specializing in immigration law.
Ms. Kim joined Lacki & Company, LLC in 2017. She has since then assisted with the growth of the Firm’s immigration practice, leading the firm to sign on multiple multi-million-dollar companies for their business immigration needs.
Ms. Kim's additional work experience includes working for in the legal field in Southern California, focusing on immigration services for large entertainment companies.
Ms. Kim's has gained experience in both family immigration law and business immigration law. Currently, Ms. Kim’s focus continues on business immigration, working on a variety of employment-based immigration matters for obtaining temporary work authorization to obtaining permanent residency and citizenship in the United States for foreign workers and their family members.
