            Firm Profile

The firm began its life in 2004 and was begun with a commitment to excellence in the delivery of legal and advisory services. The founder's idea was to deliver top level legal and big business experience to the small- and mid-size business environment. Today that goal is realized.

Lacki & Company is a new kind of legal services firm providing multi-discipline legal solutions for small- and mid-sized companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our approach to service begins with understanding the business goals of our clients and then working to develop the resources to achieve them.

As part of our philosophy, we assist companies with measuring, assessing, and developing strategies to manage legal risks by working closely with management to identify issues that affect profitability, service, reputation, brand value, and earnings quality.

The firm blends legal services with business development strategies to ensure that all matters affecting your business are serviced.
